Is this game pay on the day? As I am still undecided whether to go or not as I went earlier in the season

Blues website says that Everton haven't made a decision about selling tickets on the day. Says to check with Everton ticket office before travelling.

Morning I have just spoken to everton, it will be pay on the day, tickets available from the bullen road ticket office @ £23 only available after 12:30. So if any one wants to pay on the day you can. Let's get as many there as poss as of last night she said we returned 1200 tickets
